“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
― Shannon L. Alder
Seeking therapy is a sign of personal strength, not of weakness. It takes courage to be able to reach out for help. Therapy is also helpful for those who are doing well but are seeking to improve one area of their lives.I am a strength-based clinician that sees the positive in individuals allowing them to gain insight and find solutions. I employ compassion and humor while helping clients reach their personal goals. It is of utmost importance that I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to examine their lives.
